The Ecosystem is the greatest technology for hydroponics growers

The more popular hydroponics gardening systems used are table hydroponics systems. Basically, you have a 4x4 or 4x8 table, a table is similar to a big plastic storage bin, with the exception of having specially designed grooves to help control the water flow. Rock wool cubes with plants in them are then placed inside the table. Some people prefer to add in lava rock or peat stones in the hydroponic table along with the plants. They say that it strengthens that plants while the roots have to work their way through the hard stones. Make sure you get the right size of stones.
